You Must Shake the Tree to Release its Qi. In Kung Fu, Adversity always Builds Vitality.

Your physical body, your vessel contains so much potential life force, called Qi. This vitality, in its very essence requires you to understand your own inner alchemy. This is the only way you can access your divine power and manifest it in physical form. For thousands of years, Chinese martial arts, and medicine alike, have known how to access and develop this action-potential hidden within the self. Just like the adversity that a forest always goes through due to elemental forces, you are already intelligently designed to not just overcome adversity, but to thrive into your power as you rise and expand, both consciously and physically. Once you commit to physical exercise of almost any kind, you must initially change the mental framework of your thinking mind. You are your true physician, and just like a physician of your very existence, you must prescribe your intended exercise to self. By doing so, this exercise now becomes your "kung fu." Your mind and your soul require to feel connected to your physical vessel of human embodiment. Your body is already intelligent in creation, as you were born. Tap into your inner-child and remember once again, how to play, create, and flow with your vessel. Yes, and dance. Even untrained dancing, lol, is also a very potent way to reconnect your body with your mind and soul. This is all very necessary, as this is the foundation for you to arrive to higher achievements as a human being. With that said, my intention is help you to remember to shake and vibrate your very vessel, even to the bones. Yes, your bones are very alive, no different than one of your organs. Your bones protect your bone marrow, which is responsible for creating and generating your blood, your ancestorial life force. Many here are born with Christ DNA. Shake and offer adversity to dem bones and activate blood and soul level Qi required to help you to remember who you truly are and by coming into true form. It doesn't matter how young or old you are. Your physical age is never a reflection of your true age as a soul. A message to some out there :) Peace and Love, as always, beautiful soul.
